This Device is designed to breakaway if too much pressure is applied to the lifting chain
When used with a 1:1 ratio gearing the connector should be at the bottom of the loop when the blind is down. The chain needs to be almost the same length as the drop of the blind.
It is advised to pull smoothly and not too sharply as this will cause the device to breakaway.
If the device has broken it can be easily clicked back in place.
